Novartis is seeking an Access Field Head to lead the development and execution of market access strategies that maximize patient access across priority markets. You will partner with TA, CLS, Pricing, Medical Affairs and country teams to shape evidence plans and ensure successful reimbursement throughout the product lifecycle.
You will drive international pricing strategies, payer negotiations, and innovative access models while mentoring an international access community.
