Experteer Overview As a high-performing sponsorship sales leader, you will drive revenue across Fever's global portfolio of live experiences. You’ll build senior-level partnerships with brands and agencies, crafting bespoke sponsorship programs with internal teams. You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, shaping partnerships that connect millions of consumers with premium live experiences. This role places you at the core of Fever's growth, blending entrepreneurship with strategic storytelling to scale impactful campaigns.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective brand partners and consistently exceed revenue targets
- Prospect, pitch, and close sponsorship opportunities across Fever Originals, touring exhibitions, concerts, and immersive experiences
- Develop bespoke sponsorship proposals in collaboration with Marketing, Content, Media, and Operations
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle: outreach, discovery, proposal, negotiation, contracting, and closure
- Maintain senior relationships with brand marketers, agencies, and procurement teams to nurture long-term partnerships
- Negotiate terms aligned with internal objectives and manage forecasting and activity tracking in Salesforce




- Coordinate with Account Management and Delivery to ensure smooth post-deal execution
- Shape scalable Fever Original experiences and sponsorship-driven smaller eventsResponsabilidades
- 7+ years in sponsorship sales, partnerships, media sales, or experiential marketing with a proven revenue track record
- Strong network of brand marketers and agency leaders across multiple industries
- Exceptional prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills; comfortable with six- and seven-figure deals
- Excellent communicator and presenter to C-suite and senior marketing leaders
- Entrepreneurial, fast-paced mindset with ownership and self-motivation
- Ability to develop partnership solutions that deliver value for clients and Fever
- Proven ability to produce polished presentations and sales materials
- Fluency in Spanish and English; based in Madrid or willing to relocate
- Experience with smaller, scalable event formats is a plusRequisitos principales
