Experteer Overview In this role, you will design and deliver AI-powered tooling to boost developer productivity. You’ll build automations and agents that accelerate development, testing, documentation, and support, integrating AI assistants with internal systems. The position spans the full development team, focusing on practical execution and measurable impact on engineering velocity. You’ll promote AI-driven development practices and define a reusable framework for the team, contributing to a scalable developer experience.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Design and implement AI-based solutions to improve team productivity
- Build automations and agents to accelerate development, testing, documentation and support tasks
- Implement integrations using MCP and APIs to connect AI assistants with internal systems




- Promote Specification-Driven Development practices and AI-assisted development
- Implement tools for code generation, test generation, automatic documentation and code analysis
- Collaborate with Backend, Frontend and DevOps teams to integrate these capabilities into existing workflows
- Evaluate new technologies and tools related to AI Engineering and Developer Experience
- Document tools, processes and good practices, defining a framework for the development teamResponsabilidades
