Flyboard is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own the hiring engine as the company scales. You will partner with the founding team to define roles, build scorecards, design interviews, and close top talent across business, product, and technical areas.
You will manage the full funnel from outbound sourcing to offers, create strong candidate pipelines, and continuously improve sourcing and interviewing processes to support rapid growth. The role is mostly on-site in Barcelona.
