We are looking for an IT Project Management Officer (PMO) to support the successful delivery of complex digital transformation projects. You will play a key role in project governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in line with business objectives.

Responsibilities Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT and software development projects.
Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and documentation.
Coordinate project governance activities, steering committees, and status reporting.
Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and financial KPIs.
Collaborate with software development teams, infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
Monitor project KPIs and ensure compliance with project management standards.
Support resource planning, change requests, and project documentation.
Contribute to improving PMO processes and project delivery best practices.
Requirements Previous experience as a PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager within IT, Software Development, Digital Transformation, or Technology projects.
Experience supporting the delivery of software, infrastructure, cloud, ERP, cybersecurity, or digital transformation initiatives.
Experience with project governance, planning, reporting, budget tracking, and KPI monitoring.
Familiarity with Agile,



Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, MS Project, Confluence, or similar.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Analytical mindset and strong organizational skills.
Professional English (C1) is mandatory.
French is a plus.
