The role ensures effective contract administration, protects the company’s commercial interests, and oversees subcontract management, procurement, claims, variations and commercial risk. /p pbKey Responsibilities: /b /p ul liAct as the main commercial and contractual interface with clients, consultants and other external stakeholders. /li liLead commercial meetings, negotiations and contract-related reviews. /li liProvide commercial and contractual advice to the Project Director and Project Management Team. /li liManage the project contract in accordance with FIDIC conditions, including notices, correspondence and contractual compliance. /li liIdentify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks. /li liLead the management of claims, variations,
