JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Synductis brings together various utility companies that are active in the subsurface. By coordinating the infrastructure works of different utility companies, Synductis ensures less disruption and a faster, more cost-efficient service.
- To achieve this, Synductis is setting up an integrated cooperation model between the various utility companies and the contractors awarded.
- Within this cooperation model, various aspects of working in the public domain come together, ranging from the application of the practical guideline to planning and logistics, bills of quantities, approvals and financial flows.

AS A RESULT OF CHANGES TO THE COOPERATION MODEL, SYNDUCTIS IS LOOKING FOR A BUSINESS CONSULTANT WHO:

- can clearly structure the cooperation model in close cooperation with the stakeholders of the various utility companies;
- can draw up briefing documents;
- can provide information and training sessions;
- can coordinate the phase-in and phase-out phase of the new cooperation model with all stakeholders.

SKILLS:





- Proven experience as a business analyst
- Demonstrable experience within the energy sector and knowledge of cooperation models and synergies within a complex organizational context.
- Demonstrable experience in supervising workshops.
- Proven experience with business process development and optimization (BPM)
- During the interview, the candidate can demonstrate that he/she has the necessary knowledge of synergies within utilities.
- The candidate describes in a maximum of 1 A4 why he/she is immediately up and running for this assignment and can convincingly explain his/her suitability and added value.
- During an interview, the candidate can demonstrate that he or she has the necessary agility, proactivity and solution-oriented approach.
- Candidate can demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills during an interview.
- Demonstrable experience within Change mgt (training, training materials, ...).
- Demonstrable experience with stakeholder management.
- The candidate has a higher education (bachelor or master) with a technical or engineering background and uploads the diploma.
