In this role you will lead end-to-end recruitment for Spain and Portugal, partnering with Hiring Managers and HR to attract top talent. You will shape sourcing strategies, screen and interview candidates, and guide offer negotiations, while ensuring compliance with policies and local regulations. You’ll leverage modern recruitment tools and creative channels to reach active and passive candidates and provide market insights to the team. This position sits within HP’s multicultural context, offering opportunities to influence talent strategy and employer branding across a general organization.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Sales, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience (in-house, RPO, or agency)
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages xqbhyrx beneficial
• Experience with Workday or Eightfold is a plus
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building across teams and cultures
• Results-driven, proactive, and capable of handling multiple challenges
