As a Principal AI Engineer in NIQ’s Enterprise Productivity team, you will architect and deliver AI-powered tools that boost internal productivity across functions. You’ll embed with business teams, prototype rapidly, and deploy scalable solutions that deliver measurable impact at scale. You work across regions, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to transform workflows and automate processes.

This role combines AI, engineering, and business operations to unlock value and speed up decision-making.

Responsabilidades

- 7–10+ years in software engineering, machine learning, or applied AI
- Strong experience designing and deploying production-grade systems in cloud environments
- Experience building and deploying AI/ML systems, ideally with LLMs or generative AI
- Experience building, orchestrating, and monitoring agentic/multi-agentic AI workflows
- Ability to work across APIs, data pipelines, xugodme and front-end interfaces when needed
- Deep understanding of system design, distributed systems, and scalable architectures
- Solid system design skills focusing on scalability, reliability, and security
- Knowledge of data engineering and analytics workflows
- Experience working in global, cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with governance, security, and compliance considerations for enterprise AI
