As a Business Development Representative at Amenitiz, you own the full sales cycle from outbound to close, targeting independent hoteliers across Europe. You will generate and manage a healthy pipeline, run tailored demos, and handle objections to secure contracts. You collaborate with Sales leadership to refine approaches and share market insights. This role offers measurable impact by expanding adoption of Amenitiz’s hospitality SaaS at scale, within a fast-growing team in Barcelona.

- Prospect and generate pipeline through calls, emails, and chat
- Qualify prospects by understanding their setup, pain points, and needs
- Deliver structured product demos aligned to business problems
- Handle objections and close deals, creating urgency and asking for the close
- Maintain accurate HubSpot pipeline and reliable forecasts




- Collaborate with Sales leadership and peers to share feedback and improve the approach

Responsabilidades

- 2-4 years of sales experience (SDR, AE, or full-cycle)
- Native Italian speaker with strong English
- Ability to switch between prospecting and closing within the same week
- Ownership mindset for pipeline and results
- Structured pipeline management and proactive follow-up
- Resilience xugodme in a high-volume, target-driven environment
- Experience in SaaS, hospitality tech, or startups (advantage)
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM (plus)
