In this role you will partner with senior leadership to shape Spain's growth agenda, identifying opportunities and guiding cross-functional initiatives. You will build strategic and financial cases to inform investment and prioritization, while aligning commercial, marketing, finance, and operations efforts. You will drive transformation programs, monitor progress, and translate strategy into actionable changes.

- Collaborate with Leadership to define and deploy growth initiatives aligned with Spain objectives
- Identify new growth opportunities including models, segments, and portfolio evolution
- Perform complex market and internal analyses to inform prioritization and decision-making
- Develop strategic and financial business cases to support investments
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives with clear milestones and impact tracking
- Manage business performance reviews, leadership engagement, and agenda setting

- Act as program lead for high-priority strategic initiatives, monitoring risks and outcomes

Responsabilidades

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, STEM, or Medicine; MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus
- Experience in strategy, business development, transformation, or commercial excellence in MedTech/healthcare
- 3+ years in strategy consulting or similar, with exposure to healthcare or MedTech
- Ability to drive growth from strategy to execution
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with pragmatic execution
- Experience xugodme synthesizing analyses into actionable insights
- Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
- Credibility, communication skills, and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience presenting executive-level analyses, recommendations, and business cases
- Change leadership mindset and ability to translate vision into operations
- Fluency in Spanish and English
