In this role you will contribute to calibrating hybrid powertrains across gasoline platforms, collaborating with a cross-functional team to validate and optimize performance. You will handle calibration tasks within engine and high-voltage components, leveraging established toolchains to deliver robust, compliant drive systems. The position offers hands-on work with a variety of calibration activities from validation to data management, enabling impact on propulsion technology.

A key hook is the opportunity to shape calibration work within AVL’s global mobility mission in Spain.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Follow validation plans to verify behavior of powertrain components under failure scenarios
- Assist production, end-of-line, dealerships and calibration teams to keep prototypes and customer vehicles operational
- Assemble,



validate and industrialize calibrations for powertrain components
- Plan and execute tests across engine bench and vehicle-based calibration activities
- Coordinate calibration pilots to ensure development oversight and technical lead for calibration activities

Responsabilidades

- Mechanical / Automotive / or similar Engineering degree
- Masters in Automotive related subjects desirable
- Understanding xugodme of internal combustion engines and power electronics
- Proficiency with ETAS INCA, AVL Concerto, Vector Canalyzer, AVL Creta, DDT2000; MATLAB/Simulink or similar tools
- English and Spanish required; French is a plus
- Driving license B
- Minimum 1 year of calibration experience (hybrid systems preferred)
