Who you are
- Experience in training, onboarding, account management or customer success roles — ideally in SaaS or tech environments. A background in hospitality is a plus
- Fluent in Polish & English; additional languages like Ukrainian, German, French, or Spanish are a plus
- Confident communicator who can simplify complex tools and engage a variety of customer profiles
- Empathetic, collaborative, and passionate about helping people succeed with technology
- Proactive & resourceful, with a sense of ownership & adaptability
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving pilot context
- Familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus
What the job involves
- Onboard and train newly signed restaurant partners to TheFork Manager, ensuring a smooth start and high product adoption
- Partner with the Inside Sales team during the pre-sales process providing product expertise and tailored solutions to prospective restaurant partners
- After onboarding, take ownership of the account and be their main point of contact for any support & guidance to optimize TheFork Manager usage & experience
- Guide partner restaurants through the platform’s core features: booking widget, availability setup, table and service management, and more
- Act as a trusted advisor,
helping restaurants streamline their operations and digitize their booking processes
- Proactively identify opportunities for retraining and offer refresh sessions as needed
- Collect and share feedback from partners to help improve our onboarding flow and user experience
- Collaborate closely with Sales, and Product team to ensure alignment and deliver consistent value across the customer journey
- Stay up to date with product developments and ensure your stakeholders are informed
