Description:

We are hiring Danish, Swedish and Norwegian speakers for customer support roles in Málaga, with a start date in August.

This is frontline support for European companies that actually care how their customers are treated. You will be the first person a customer talks to when something goes wrong, handling questions over chat, email and phone in your own language. No scripts to read word for word, no reading from a checklist. You get proper product training, then you are trusted to solve the problem in front of you.

What the day looks like

- Handling incoming customer questions across chat, email and phone in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian
- Working out what the customer actually needs, not just what they asked
- Escalating the cases that need a specialist, and following them through to a resolution
- Keeping notes and case records clean so the next person picking it up has what they need
- Flagging the issues you see coming up again and again, so they get fixed properly

What you need

- Fluent or native Danish, Swedish or Norwegian
- Good working English, since that is the internal language of the team
- Clear, calm written and spoken communication
- Comfortable with computers and picking up new systems quickly
- Already living in Málaga,



or genuinely ready to relocate for an August start

Previous customer service or contact centre experience helps, but it is not a requirement. Plenty of people start this role with none.
