As Director, Tax Reporting u0026amp; Transformation you will lead the global tax accounting and reporting function and drive a major transformation program across processes, systems and ways of working. You will influence senior stakeholders, partner with Finance, Technology and Shared Services, and build a modern, data-driven tax capability within a global consumer goods leader. The role focuses on IFRS tax accounting, governance and control frameworks, and the delivery of a scalable transformation roadmap.

This is a high-visibility position that shapes how tax is governed, reported and utilized to improve business performance. You will shape the tax technology ecosystem and enable better decision‑

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Lead end-to-end tax accounting and reporting (tax provisioning, deferred tax, ETR, external disclosures)
- Ensure IFRS compliance with governance, controls and documentation
- Oversee tax risk reviews and deferred tax asset recoverability
- Act as primary tax contact for external auditors




- Define and deliver general Tax Transformation roadmap (simplification, standardisation, automation)
- Lead implementation and optimisation of tax technology solutions, reporting platforms and data management tools
- Strengthen tax governance and SOX compliance
- Partner with Finance, Technology, Shared Services and business units to embed tax requirements in transformation programmes
- Develop enhanced tax analytics, forecasting and reporting capabilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing tax reporting, technology and data team

Responsabilidades xugodme

- Significant experience in multinational tax accounting and reporting
- Strong IFRS tax accounting expertise (IAS 12)
- Proven track record leading complex transformation and change programmes
- Experience in robust tax governance and control environments
- Strong stakeholder management and senior leadership influence
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Technology and Shared Services
- Excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building capabilities
