In this role you drive transformational Generative AI adoption for AWS’s most strategic enterprise customers in EMEA. You will lead the AI engagement lifecycle for Surge accounts, aligning executive-level opportunities with industry needs and AWS capabilities. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to move from vision to production deployments, shaping GTM strategies and producing measurable AI outcomes.
This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role at the intersection of industry expertise and AI transformation.

- Own the AI engagement lifecycle across Surge accounts, from opportunity identification to production deployment.
- Lead engagements with C-suite and Line-of-Business executives; translate business challenges into actionable GenAI use cases linked to AWS services and partner solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with account teams, solution architects, GenAIIC, ProServe, ISVs, and industry partners.
- Build and nurture executive relationships throughout the build and deployment lifecycle; provide governance and strategic direction.
- Represent AWS at industry events and contribute to thought leadership content (POVs, executive briefs, demos).

Responsabilidades
- 10+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales in technology
- 5+ years in one or more priority industries: Financial Services, Software u0026 Internet
- Demonstrated track record engaging C-suite and VP-level stakeholders in strategic technology and AI conversations
- Experience translating complex business challenges into actionable technology roadmaps and orchestrating cross-functional delivery
- Experience delivering results across multiple organizations and countries in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives spanning business and technology across enterprise customers
