In this role you will drive employee consultation and labour relations across Spain and Portugal, acting at the heart of organisational change. You will partner with People, Legal, business leaders and employee representatives to ensure changes are delivered responsibly and in line with local requirements. You will navigate complex consultation processes and build trusted relationships across a multinational environment.
This is a hands-on role that combines operational delivery with strategic stakeholder management. You will help shape engagement with works councils and employee representatives to enable transformation at scale.
