About The Role

We are seeking an ambitious and innovative Head of Product to lead and execute our Product strategies during a critical growth phase. As a fast-growing company with a strong presence in the US and European markets, we aim to scale our brand, attract new users, and retain and engage existing customers. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires a deep understanding of B2C business.

As Head of Product, you will be responsible for leading, defining, executing, and analyzing the impact of a strategic Product roadmap. The role focuses on Product excellence,



alignment with business goals, and cross-functional collaboration. The position oversees multiple specialized roles and teams, including Product Managers, Product Owners, Product Designers, and Product Analysts.

Your Role and Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Market and Product Development: Monitor and analyze product and marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine Product strategies.
- Define and plan a strategic Product Roadmap aligned with business goals, involving multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Lead and monitor the development of the Product roadmap and analyze impact of the strategy within the product team.
- Understand the Product 360 to anticipate upcoming market changes.

- Product Execution and Monitoring Data: Implement robust reporting frameworks to deliver actionable insights on product performance
