Legal Counsel, Madrid, 5-8 yrs' experience (private practice experience essential) I am looking for a Spanish-qualified Legal Counsel (5–8 PQE) to join a small, but high-performing legal team (based across UK and Spain).
Responsibilities
- Supplier & customer agreements (MSAs), licensing, distribution & framework arrangements
- General commercial governance and support
- Exposure to corporate and cross-functional legal work as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience at a leading law firm
- Bilingual Spanish–English (professional fluency in both)
- Strong commercial contracts background
- Experience with English law matters or UK-facing work (secondments or cross-border exposure highly desirable)
- Pragmatic, business-minded legal approach
Details
Location: Madrid (with some travel). Salary: €100K–€120K + bonus + benefits. International, fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
