Lead a cross-functional LiveOps Automation initiative at Scopely, shaping ML-powered game operations tools used across multiple titles. You will define vision, strategy, and roadmaps to scale LiveOps strategies and drive tool adoption. You’ll partner with game teams, data science, and operations to uncover high-impact opportunities and mentor other PMs.

Expect to influence how economies are balanced and experiences personalized for millions of daily players. This role combines leadership, data-driven product decisions, and hands-on delivery in a dynamic gaming environment.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for scalable LiveOps strategies across multiple games and teams
- Partner with game teams, central tech, data science, and operations to identify high-leverage product opportunities
- Define and monitor product KPIs to improve strategy effectiveness, efficiency, and tool adoption




- Own major feature releases from concept to launch and ongoing maintenance in collaboration with SMEs
- Create compelling proposals for new LiveOps features and capabilities for game and tech teams
- Address risks and opportunities in new and existing features
- Lead and mentor other PMs on the team

Responsabilidades

- 8+ years in product roles with focus on transformative experiences and data-informed decisions
- Experience delivering LiveOps strategies and products from 0 to 1
- Experience with large-scale, xugodme KPI-driven products
- Ability to define long-term product strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes
- Strong collaboration and influence skills across diverse stakeholders
- Experience with Machine Learning products
- Excellent PRD creation and problem identification/root cause analysis
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and resourceful
- Proficient understanding of development cycles and roadmap planning
- Love for games
