In this role, you design and run experiments to evaluate the value of 1P audiences alongside Value-Based Optimization to improve marketing efficiency. You will build 1P audience segments from Amazon data, validate them, and deploy across surfaces while measuring lift against VBO baselines. You’ll develop causal measurement methods, power analyses, and scalable experimental infrastructure.

You’ll work closely with engineering and product teams to translate validated prototypes into production-ready solutions. This position offers the opportunity to shape a data-driven marketing approach at scale and contribute to the 2026 roadmap for 1P audience capabilities.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Build and validate 1P audience segments from Amazon behavioral, transactional, and lifecycle data
- Design experiments to isolate incremental effects of 1P signals over VBO baselines
- Deploy audiences across activation surfaces (Meta, Google, Amazon Display Ads) and establish cross-surface measurement standards




- Apply causal inference methods to measure incremental lift of audience targeting vs. VBO
- Develop power analysis frameworks and guardrails for rapid, properly powered experiments
- Provide optimization recommendations based on experimental evidence (cohorts, surfaces, creative strategies)
- Build reusable audience and measurement frameworks for campaigns and channels
- Document experimental learnings to inform roadmaps and scale beyond experiments
- Partner with engineering and PMT to translate validated audience prototypes into production-ready solutions

Responsabilidades xugodme

- PhD in computer science, machine learning, robotics, statistics, mathematics, operations research, engineering, or equivalent quantitative field
- Experience with algorithms and data structures, data mining, numerical optimization, parallel and distributed computing
- Experience building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business applications
- Proficiency in Python, Java, C++
- Experience with design of experiments and statistical analysis of results (preferred)
