In this role, you will manage and grow OEM accounts in Spain, delivering tailored marking and coding solutions and achieving sales targets. You will build strong relationships with OEMs, resellers, and distributors, leading negotiations and driving revenue within the full account portfolio. You’ll operate in a collaborative, innovative industrial environment and contribute to accurate forecasting and strategic pipeline development.

This is a remote-friendly, travel-optional position focused on delivering customer-centered outcomes and business growth.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Manage and control all commercial activities in Spain and participate in budgeting
- Create and monitor a territory business plan with SMART goals
- Prioritize accounts and determine the best approach to win opportunities
- Understand price policy, compliance,



and procedures to meet KPIs
- Utilize CRM to maintain install base, call reports, close dates and forecasting
- Maintain and optimize pipeline with cross-team collaboration
- Follow up sales leads within 24 hours and update CRM status

Responsabilidades

- Engineering Degree
- 5+ years of consultative sales experience in industrial B2B selling technically complex products
- Proven Account Manager experience in Coding and Marking xugodme or Packaging Machinery selling to OEMs, resellers and distributors in Food u0026 Beverage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work remotely with strong initiative and effective communication with line manager and team
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
- Packaging sector experience is advantageous
