In this role you own the strategy and roadmap for the Perk Events platform, shaping a new B2B SaaS category. You work with a cross-functional squad to turn customer insight into shipped impact and align the product with Perk’s broader offerings. You’ll balance data, market trends, and AI opportunities to drive rapid, high-quality execution. This is a chance to lead with ownership and influence how events tech integrates with supplier and customer needs at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Events product and its integration with Perk’s other offerings
- Drive fast, data-informed product decisions and prototype rapidly using AI-powered tools to accelerate development
- Coordinate with event operations, supply teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a cohesive tech and service experience
- Build industry knowledge of events (meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions) to inform product direction




- Own product metrics and report outcomes to senior leadership
- Prototype quickly with tools like Claude and Cursor to expedite production-ready features
- Stay updated on AI trends and apply insights to Perk products
- Lead with a servant-leadership approach to empower the team and foster collaboration

Responsabilidades

- Fluency in data-driven decision making

- Proven ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers and designers
- Strong collaboration across large cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for AI with hands-on building or prototyping experience
- Familiarity with modern prototyping tools (Cursor, Bolt, Claude Code) and design tools like Figma and Git
