In this role you will drive regional demand generation and brand impact for Spain (with collaboration across Italy) to support revenue targets. You’ll work with Sales, Partner Marketing, and Performance teams to design campaigns, optimize budgets, and measure ROI. You will join a fast-paced, cross-functional marketing team that values autonomy and creative execution. You will shape regional campaigns that align with global and EMEA strategies and elevate Insight’s technology leadership.

- Design and deliver demand generation campaigns to drive pipeline and measurable ROI
- Partner closely with local Sales and Leadership to ensure strong alignment and impact
- Recommend and execute effective marketing mix (digital, events, partner campaigns, PR, social media)
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and optimization recommendations
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets (including MDF)

- Collaborate with EMEA marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution
- Work with external vendors/agencies to drive local marketing initiatives
- Align with global marketing teams to share best practices and scale initiatives

Responsabilidades

- Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in technology
- Strong background in demand generation, digital marketing, and campaign execution
- Experience managing marketing budgets and ROI-focused decisions
- Demonstrated experience working with local leadership xugodme and sales teams, influencing stakeholders at different levels
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, content strategy, social media, and campaign analytics
- Native Spanish, fluent English, Italian is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
