As Senior Resourcing u0026amp; Delivery Excellence Analyst, you will optimise global PS resource allocation and delivery performance, partnering with regional leadership, Sales and Finance. You’ll manage capacity planning, reporting, and data accuracy to support the global resourcing strategy. This role drives continuous improvements across the Professional Services organisation and helps maintain a single source of truth for operational data.

You will work across regions to enable efficient staffing and reliable delivery at scale.

- Partner with regional stakeholders to ensure timely staffing decisions and effective staffing across regions
- Manage end-to-end resourcing processes (intake, matching, assignment, conflict resolution)
- Maintain resource schedules and capacity views to align demand and supply
- Support general capacity planning by tracking pipeline demand and delivery commitments
- Maintain skills and availability data to identify capability gaps and hiring needs
- Produce and analyse utilisation reports, highlighting risks and improvement opportunities
- Support revenue forecasting and track delivery KPIs (project duration, margin, on-time delivery)
- Ensure data integrity and adoption of PSA tooling (Certinia) for accurate reporting
- Assist reconciliation of forecast vs actuals and support period-end reviews
- Support production of global PS reporting (dashboards, leadership packs, QBRs)




- Ensure data consistency across reporting outputs and systems
- Maintain documentation of resourcing processes, templates, and operating standards
- Assist in tracking the single source of truth for PS operational data
- Identify opportunities to improve resourcing efficiency, reporting accuracy, and processes
- Assist with onboarding of new PS hires into tools, processes, and standards
- Act as a point of contact for resourcing and reporting queries
- Contribute to evolving the global resourcing operating model

Responsabilidades

- Strong analytical capability with data interpretation and clear presentation
- Experience in resource management, capacity planning, or project operations
- Proficiency in reporting tools (Excel required; Power BI or similar preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with focus on data accuracy xugodme and governance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
- 5+ years in Professional Services or consulting environments
- Familiarity with PSA tools (Certinia or similar)
- Understanding of utilisation, forecasting, and delivery performance metrics
- Exposure to revenue forecasting or project margin concepts
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive problem-solver with continuous improvement mindset
- Collaborative and able to operate in a global team across regions and time zones
