In this role, you bridge clients and delivery teams to shape software that delivers real business value. You’ll define outcomes, assess usage, and partner with developers to generate bold, actionable ideas. You’ll run workshops to craft solutions and guide product roadmaps across diverse industries.

- Attention to detail and practical story-writing and delivery approach
- Ability to identify root causes of client pain points and validate opportunities
- Strong understanding of Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery methodologies and mentorship
- Experience modeling business processes to facilitate elicitation sessions xugodme
- Passion for high-quality software and translatingStrategy to concrete outcomes
- Excellent prioritization, stakeholder buy-in, and conflict resolution skills
- Resilience and flexibility in ambiguous situations with ability to solve problems from both technical and business perspectives
- Interest in coaching others and sharing knowledge with teammates
