In this role, you will shape Manychat's growth by delivering actionable analytics that influence the mid- and long-term roadmap. You will partner with Business Ops, Product, Marketing, and Finance to uncover drivers of revenue and growth, turning data into compelling narratives for leadership. You’ll build forecasting models, dashboards, and executive-ready insights while leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position with a strong impact focus.

- Lead analytics initiatives to identify growth levers and revenue optimization opportunities
- Develop growth and revenue forecasting models with scenario analysis
- Create and enhance dashboards to monitor performance and enable quick action
- Prepare executive-level reporting with clear narratives and takeaways
- Experiment with AI tools to automate reporting and prototype ideas while validating results
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure reliable data pipelines
- Contribute to cross-functional programs across Business Ops, Finance, Billing, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, and Data teams




- Advocate for data-driven decision-making and proactively identify new areas of opportunity

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years of relevant experience, 2+ years in analytics within a SaaS environment
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong technical skills in SQL and BI tools; Python, R, and/or Git a plus
- Experience with distributions, variance, and significance to validate findings
- Track record on cross-functional initiatives like product launches, pricing changes, segmentation, market expansion, or monetization
- Proactive, owner xugodme mindset, able to run projects end-to-end and communicate with senior stakeholders
- Ability to connect analysis to wider business strategy across Product, Marketing, and Finance
- Comfort with fast pace and data-driven decision-making
