In this role, you drive complex programs for SITA’s Airports Business Unit, guiding strategy execution, product lifecycle, and cross-functional delivery in a fast-paced, integral environment. You lead major transformation and integration initiatives, ensuring timely value capture and stakeholder alignment. You will shape integration strategies and build critical paths to minimize risks while collaborating with diverse teams.

- Manage projects and programs of varying size and complexity, including transformation and post-merger integration initiatives
- Lead cross-functional programs and teams to achieve objectives and manage dependencies
- Develop integration strategy and guiding principles for post-merger deals to capture transaction value
- Coordinate project lifecycle activities, prioritizing critical tasks and stakeholder alignment
- Forecast and plan deliverables, milestones, and resources; build business cases and capacity plans
- Identify and mitigate risks early, resolve bottlenecks, and adjust plans as needed




- Facilitate clear communication across teams and stakeholders on goals, risks, and decisions
- Foster cross-functional relationships and align functions with priorities
- Create and maintain project governance artifacts (communications, plans, status reports, risk/issue logs)
- Ensure accuracy in reporting and steering committee materials

Responsabilidades

- 8+ years leading major projects and post-merger integration
- Strong project management experience on global or complex initiatives
- Background in finance and understanding of business processes
- Experience with IT solutions or aviation/airport industry providers
- Proven track record managing multi-workstream, high-budget, time-constrained programs
- Leadership, organizational, xugodme and analytical problem-solving skills
- Comfort presenting to senior management and customers
- English fluency; additional European language a plus
- Experience driving end-to-end integration across financial, IT, product, people, and operations
- Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management and decision-making ability
- MBA or relevant graduate degree; formal project management training (PMP)
