We are partnering with an international technology hub based in Barcelona that supports global business operations through innovation, digital transformation, and enterprise technology solutions. As part of a growing CRM team, we are looking for a Salesforce CRM Consultant to drive the evolution of customer-centric processes and CRM capabilities across multiple business areas.

This role offers the opportunity to work in an international environment, collaborating with stakeholders, business teams, and technology partners to optimize sales and customer engagement processes while contributing to large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the functional and technical expert for Salesforce CRM, supporting both business process improvement and system optimization initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, identify digitalization opportunities, and design scalable CRM solutions.
- Configure, customize, and continuously enhance Salesforce capabilities to support evolving business needs.
- Take ownership of Salesforce administration, platform governance, and ongoing development activities.
- Coordinate testing activities, documentation, deployment processes, and the rollout of new functionalities and system updates.
- Ensure effective integration between Salesforce and other enterprise applications, including ERP platforms.
- Provide second-level support to key users and contribute to the stability, performance, and adoption of the CRM ecosystem.
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to drive CRM innovation and improve customer engagement processes.




- Support international CRM transformation and process harmonization projects.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of experience working with Salesforce CRM in a functional, consulting, or administrator capacity.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and platform administration.
- Experience with Salesforce Cloud solutions, particularly within Sales, Marketing, or industry-specific environments.
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Associate, or Platform App Builder are highly valued.
- Proven experience supporting CRM transformation programs and enterprise-scale implementations.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and business process optimization.
- Exposure to ERP integration projects and enterprise application landscapes is considered a plus.
- Experience working in international and cross-functional project environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset, customer-oriented approach, and ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
