About the Role

Cosmo is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Specialist with a strong passion for content creation, digital engagement, and brand communication. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing COSMO's social media presence across global channels. This role will create engaging content, support brand storytelling, increase audience engagement, and help strengthen COSMO's visibility among customers, partners, and industry professionals.

What You'll Do

Social Media Management

- Manage daily activity across COSMO's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and manage the social media content calendar, including scheduling, publishing, and monitoring posts across all channels.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice, visual identity, and messaging.




- Support the promotion of integral and regional business, marketing, and communications initiatives through social media.
- Manage ongoing website updates and content maintenance.

Content Creation

- Create engaging social media content including posts, stories, short videos, graphics, and other multimedia assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop content highlighting company activities, team achievements, ingredient and technology innovations, marketing initiatives, trade shows, and industry events.
- Write compelling copy tailored to different audiences and platforms.
- Support video production, photography coordination, and content editing as needed.

Community Engagement

- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
