In this role you will lead project-specific procurement for complex engineering initiatives, partnering with Engineering, Project Management and Commodity Management to deliver cost-efficient, compliant solutions. You will manage pre- and post-order procurement, from supplier onboarding to post-order performance, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. The position offers international collaboration, continuous improvement, and a chance to influence how we source critical materials and services for large-scale projects.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Develop and execute project procurement strategies for materials, equipment and services aligned with engineering requirements and project objectives
- Lead end-to-end RFQ processes for complex technical scopes and integration solutions
- Collaborate with Commodity Managers to align category strategies, cost objectives and risk plans
- Identify, evaluate and onboard suppliers including integration partners and field service providers
- Lead and support commercial negotiations to secure favorable terms and mitigate risk




- Coordinate with Engineering and Project Management to ensure technical compliance and timely delivery
- Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to delivery, quality and contracts
- Facilitate efficient transactional execution of purchase orders with Operational Buyers
- Drive continuous improvement using tools and best practices to reduce costs and standardize procurement
- Ensure SCM policy compliance and maintain accurate procurement records and project data

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of procurement experience in complex engineering projects in hyperscale or industrial environments
- Understanding xugodme of electrical/mechanical systems and integration requirements
- Experience in program management and coordinating tools/processes
- Languages: English and Spanish; French is advantageous
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to lead or participate in cross-functional change management initiatives
