SalesLoft is seeking an Engineering Manager focused on UI engineering to lead a team of UI engineers, drive career development, and shape delivery processes. You will partner with other engineering managers to implement process improvements and maintain strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Support, and Technical Operations.
You will manage 3–8 individual contributors, run 1:1s, conduct reviews, and help with recruitment and onboarding while emphasizing customer-first priorities
