In this role, you strengthen the organization's security posture through vulnerability and exposure management. You will work within a cross-functional team, driving prioritized remediation, governance, and stakeholder collaboration. You’ll shape new services and automate processes to reduce risk across environments. This is a chance to contribute to enterprise-wide security in a fast, customer-centric setup.

- Manage and optimize established vulnerability and exposure processes to prioritize, advise, and monitor remediation
- Define action plans and improvements for new services and projects and support operationalization and automation
- Analyze and triage vulnerabilities using risk-based methods (e.g., CVSS) and environment context
- Collaborate with asset owners and infrastructure teams to guide secure configurations and remediation
- Operationalize findings from web application scanning and support development teams on web app vulnerabilities
- Develop remediation guidelines for misconfigurations (Non-CVE) across environments (e.g., Active Directory) and web apps
- Generate metrics,



reports, and dashboards to communicate security effectiveness to stakeholders
- Serve as primary contact for stakeholders with training and enablement initiatives
- Stay updated on emerging threats and best practices for securing enterprise environments

Responsabilidades

- 5–6 years in Cybersecurity Operations focusing on Vulnerability and Exposure Management
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability and exposure tools (Tenable, Burp Suite, XM Cyber)
- Understanding of security misconfigurations (Non-CVE) and CVEs and remediation techniques
- Knowledge of OWASP for web xugodme apps and APIs
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking, web app architecture, and IAM (Active Directory)
- Excellent communication to translate technical issues for diverse audiences
- Proficiency with ITSM/ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
