To fuel this mission, we are seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Volunteer Engagement & Development Lead to foster a vibrant organizational culture and ensure our remote volunteers feel connected to our mission while experiencing continuous professional growth. What You will do
Strategy: Develop and implement an engagement strategy that enhances connectivity, collaboration, and morale across our remote teams.
Development: Design and manage comprehensive learning and development (L&D;) programs that support volunteer upskilling, career development, and succession planning.
Culture: Integrate Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) principles into all engagement initiatives to ensure a highly inclusive remote environment. Well-being:
Promote volunteer mental health and retention through wellness programs and supportive resources tailored specifically for remote workers. We are looking for someone who possesses
4+ years of experience in employee engagement, talent development, or HR, with a strong focus on remote or distributed teams. High emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect empathetically with volunteers across different regions. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related business field.
