TheOneStream Engagement Leadwill oversee relationships with our enterprise level clients focusing on FP&A; and Financial Close processes and solutions.
The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic clients demonstrated by your ability to understand our clients' needs and requirements, aligning them with our best in cloud solutions to achieve their goals.
The engagement lead is expected to drive strong delivery of existing work which will help lead to adjacent opportunities in different functions, business units, and/or regions within an enterprise ecosystem.Idóneo candidates will be able to:Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clientsAcquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirementsExpand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectivesUnderstand their business processes and advise on best?practices where applicableLead multi?faced internal teams,



balancing SR's resources to maximize impact to the customer while still focusing on their professional development and career progressionEnsure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely mannerServe as the link of communication between key customers and internal teamsResolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trustPlay an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long?lasting relationshipsPrepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metricsQualifications:Proven experience as an engagement/project manager in technology or management consultingStrong knowledge of financial and accounting conceptsExperience in sales and providing FP&A; and/or financial close solutions based on client needsExperience with OneStream or similar cloud?based technology a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levelsExcellent organizational skillsAbility in problem?solving and negotiationWe take care of you!
