As the first point of contact for our guests, you play a key role in creating a positive and memorable first impression from the moment they arrive at our club resort. Your warm, friendly and professional approach helps set the stage for an exceptional holiday experience. With your positive attitude and enthusiasm, you not only make our guests feel welcome but also contribute to a motivating and supportive team environment.

Spain – Club Jandía Playa, Immediate start.

Your role as an Arrival and Departure ROBIN (m/f/d): First impressions count

You are an invaluable support to your colleagues at the reception desk. While the receptionists are checking in the new hotel guests and busy taking care of them, you are making sure that waiting in line won’t become a nerve‑racking problem. You’re an authentic host/ess and you love to take care of our guests. From offering welcome cocktails to handing our refreshing towelettes – because of you, new guests will be able to quickly switch into vacation mode. As you’re doing this, you’re chatting away with the guests, sharing information about the club and its programmes, making sure that they will have a perfect start to their holiday. When guests are ready to leave, you will give them a heart‑warming farewell, leaving everyone wanting to see each other again.





Supporting the club throughout the day

The reception and lobby areas are definitely your territories – however, our guests will also see you again and again in various other locations at the club. Whether it’s in the morning at the restaurant where you will be making them freshly mixed fruit juices, or in the evening standing on stage. You and your colleagues are a dedicated team that support each other in any department no matter what. Your day‑to‑day life at the club will never be boring and that’s exactly what makes the job so special.

Qualifications

- Completed training in hospitality, hotel management or a related service field
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Strong commitment, reliability and excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm for working with people and delivering outstanding customer service
