Role

Legal Counsel at a integral tech company building products for Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing sectors.

Responsibilities

- Draft & review diverse agreements such as Marketing Agreements, License Agreements, SPAs, and T&C.;
- Negotiate contracts for technology platforms, payment solutions (PSPs), banking partners, and B2B integrations.
- Lead advanced contract negotiations to finalization.
- Conduct legal research and manage relationships with external counsel or outsourced providers.
- Advise on data protection and privacy‑related agreements.
- Support corporate governance and international operations using knowledge of Cyprus company law.
- Act as the primary legal contact for internal departments (Product, Finance, Marketing), providing practical, business‑oriented advice.

Qualifications

- Law degree, preferably from a common law jurisdiction.




- 3‑5 years of post‑qualification experience in a commercial environment.
- Proven experience in the iGaming industry.
- Native or professional‑level English (written and spoken).
- Strong portfolio in commercial, regulatory, and finance‑related legal matters.
- High commercial awareness and ability to provide solutions, comfortable working independently in a fast‑moving, launch‑fast culture.
