We operate across field, greenhouse, and tunnel environments , with a strong focus on precision, organization, and long-term development .

We are building a high-performance team , and we are looking for a Farm Manager who can take full ownership of operations.

The Role

This is not an operator position .

We are looking for someone who can run the farm , manage people, anticipate problems, and progressively grow into a decision-making role .

You will be responsible for:

- Daily farm operations (field and greenhouse environments)
- Irrigation systems and infrastructure
- Team organization and supervision
- Labour hiring, training, and evaluation
- Execution of breeding activities
- Analysis of operational needs and offers
- Budget planning and cost control

Key Responsibilities Farm Operations & Irrigation
- Daily inspection of all operational units
- Full control of irrigation systems (pressure, uniformity, failures)
- Immediate intervention in case of issues (including nights/weekends if needed)
- Monitoring drainage and preventing water-related damage

Organization & Systems
- Implement structured workflows and checklists
- Maintain daily logs and documentation
- Ensure full traceability of activities

Team Management
- Assign daily tasks clearly
- Supervise execution and performance
- Ensure efficiency and discipline across the team

Labour Training
- Build and manage a labour training system
- Train new workers on key tasks
- Standardize work quality

Analysis & Decision Preparation
- Analyze offers, quotations, and operational needs
- Provide recommendations before decisions are made
- Think proactively — not just execute

Budgeting & Planning
- Prepare and monitor budgets (labour, consumables, operations)
- Anticipate needs and control costs
- Contribute to yearly planning

Hiring & HR
- Identify labour needs in advance
- Source and interview candidates
- Evaluate and improve team performance





Requirements

We are looking for someone who is:

- Highly organized and structured
- Able to lead people and take responsibility
- Comfortable in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Hands-on, but also capable of thinking and planning
- Reliable and accountable

Education:

- Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering , or similar

Experience:

- Experience in farm management, greenhouse operations, or agriculture
- Experience managing teams is highly valued
- Knowledge of irrigation systems is a strong advantage

Buscamos incorporar un Responsable de Finca que asuma la gestión total de las operaciones.

El Puesto

Este no es un puesto de operario .

Buscamos una persona que pueda dirigir la finca , gestionar equipos, anticipar problemas y evolucionar hacia un rol de toma de decisiones .





Será responsable de:

- Operaciones diarias (campo e invernaderos)
- Sistemas de riego
- Organización y supervisión del equipo
- Contratación, formación y evaluación del personal
- Ejecución de actividades de mejora vegetal
- Análisis de necesidades y ofertas
- Presupuestos y control de costes

Responsabilidades Principales Operaciones y Riego
- Inspección diaria de todas las unidades
- Control total del sistema de riego
- Intervención inmediata ante problemas (incluyendo noches y fines de semana si es necesario)
- Control de drenaje

Organización
- Implementar sistemas y checklists
- Mantener registros diarios
- Asegurar trazabilidad completa

Gestión de Equipo
- Asignar tareas diarias
- Supervisar ejecución
- Garantizar eficiencia

Formación de Personal
- Crear un sistema de formación
- Formar nuevos trabajadores
- Estandarizar calidad de trabajo

Análisis y Toma de Decisiones
- Analizar ofertas y necesidades
- Proponer recomendaciones
- Pensar antes de ejecutar

Presupuestos
- Preparar y controlar costes
- Anticipar necesidades
- Participar en planificación anual

Contratación
- Identificar necesidades de personal
- Buscar y entrevistar candidatos
- Evaluar rendimiento

Requisitos

Buscamos una persona:

- Muy organizada
- Con capacidad de liderazgo
- Responsable y resolutiva
- Capaz de trabajar bajo presión
- Con mentalidad práctica y analítica

Formación:

- Grado en Agronomía, Ingeniería Agrícola o similar

Experiencia:

- Experiencia en gestión agrícola o invernaderos
- Experiencia gestionando equipos
- Conocimientos de riego (valorable)
