We’re Hiring: Paid Media Specialist (Agency Experience)
Madrid | Barcelona/ Remote

At Bucksense, we’re growing fast and looking for a data-driven, hands-on Paid Media Specialist to join our team and lead high-impact general campaigns.

If you’re passionate about performance marketing, love working with data, and enjoy optimizing campaigns end-to-end—this role is for you.

Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more
Own and allocate digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI and lead generation
Run A/B tests, analyze performance, and continuously improve results
Turn data into insights and actionable strategies

2–3 years of experience in paid media / performance marketing (agency experience is a plus)
~ Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta platforms
~ Analytical mindset with a passion for data
~ Fluent English (must have)

Flexible remote work + optional office in Madrid /Barcelona
