Quality Engineer

to join the Quality Department of an OEM.

What profile are we looking for? Degree in

Mechanical, Automotive or Industrial Engineering

, or equivalent. 5 years

of experience in a similar position. Experience or understanding of

Quality

(validation, feasibility analysis, or supplier follow-up). Fluent English

(minimum B2 level). Strong

soft skills

: teamwork, analytical mindset, communication, and adaptability.

What functions are you going to develop? Lead the overall warranty reduction strategy for accessories and service parts,



including data analysis, KPI reporting, and management updates. Manage quality issues with suppliers by defining containment actions, identifying root causes, implementing countermeasures, and preventing recurrence. Support new accessory development from a quality standpoint, reviewing supplier feasibility, documentation, and fitting validation. Conduct annual supplier audits, monitor improvement plans, and ensure implementation of quality enhancements. Approve and oversee supplier process change requests in coordination with internal departments. Develop and maintain internal quality standards, driving continuous improvement across suppliers and production facilities.
