In this Senior Auditor role, you will lead cross-border audits spanning operations, finance, IT controls, and compliance to strengthen risk management. You will partner with integral leaders to optimize processes, automate workflows, and broaden audit coverage through data analytics. The position sits within the Internal Audit team, driving continuous improvement and enabling career growth within Cimpress. You will operate across time zones, mentor teammates, and shape modern audit methodologies while aligning with the company’s mission of customer-focused mass customization.

• Lead end-to-end audits across global business units (scope to executive reporting)
• Evaluate internal controls (Business Process and ITGC) and identify root causes

Responsabilidades
• 4+ years of progressive internal audit or Big 4 experience with autonomous global/multi-entity audits
• Solid command of risk frameworks and internal controls, including SOX exposure
• Practical experience or strong enthusiasm for data analytics and automation in audit (SQL, Snowflake, Looker)
• Excellent spoken and written English with ability to influence leadership globally
• Willingness to travel internationally (~10%) and work across diverse cultures
