Head of Client Solution

If you’re passionate about financial technology and curious about what happens in financial systems after trades are executed in official markets, this role is for you. You’ll be joining the Post‑Trade team. We are looking for an End‑Client Application Manager with solid experience leading development teams and a forward‑looking mindset to drive a major technological transformation within a company committed to innovation and part of a leading group in Post‑Trade and Asset Servicing.

What You Will Do

- Manage Post‑Trade Services applications (settlement and custody asset management)
- Lead hybrid SCRUM development teams, working with both current technologies and new development stacks




- Travel very occasionally to Madrid, short periods (1–5 days)

What You Bring

- Strong knowledge of financial technology within the Spanish financial sector
- Curiosity and drive to follow the technological evolution of general aggregation processes
- Experience in leading technological transformation initiatives in financial environments
- Understanding of application lifecycle management and operational processes
- At least 5 years of experience managing development teams and end‑client applications
- Languages: Spanish and English (minimum C1)
