Experteer Overview
In this role you drive profit growth and pricing excellence for MH Iberia by partnering with Commercial and Leadership teams. You’ll lead revenue analysis, financial modeling, and data-driven decision support, shaping pricing, promotions, and customer profitability. You’ll strengthen data management and performance tracking while embedding analytics into strategic commercial choices. This position sits at the intersection of finance and commercial strategy, offering impact across planning, reporting, and cross-functional influence. You will be a key contributor to the analytical culture and value creation within the Iberia organization.

• Maximize revenue and profitability through pricing, mix, channels, and promotions
• Conduct revenue analyses using market and customer data and provide actionable recommendations
• Develop financial models for pricing, promotions, and investments and translate results for decision making
• Own revenue forecast and budgeting with a financial lens
• Develop dashboards and decision-support tools to improve visibility and performance
• Define and implement the long-term pricing vision and roadmap for MH Iberia




• Lead pricing strategy with CODIR and define price definitions for new products
• Design and maintain customer Pu0026Ls to optimize commercial investments
• Improve data quality, processes, and reporting logic behind revenue analysis
• Act as a transversal contributor to data, tools, and systems across the organization
• Lead commercial enablement initiatives and share learnings across the general community

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management roles or equivalent financial/commercial experience
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
• Deep understanding of pricing, promotions, and Revenue Growth Management levers
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a complex organization
• Experience with customer profitability and commercial investment performance
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and simulation tools
• Spanish required; English fluent; French a plus
• Experience in data governance and data quality improvement is advantageous
