As Strategic HR Business Partner for Spain, you will lead employee relations and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders during transformation and consolidation. You will shape and execute HR strategies to drive organizational success, with a focus on people decisions, culture, and effectiveness. You will manage labor relations, collective bargaining, and regulatory compliance while partnering with the HR Director on strategic initiatives. This role offers a hands-on, high-impact opportunity to lead an HR transformation in a fast-growing multinational in Madrid.

• Lead the employee relations strategy in Spain and manage relationships with employee representatives and works councils
• Participate in collective bargaining negotiations and labor agreements; manage conflict resolution processes
• Advise management on employment law matters and ensure regulatory compliance
• Coordinate disciplinary procedures, disputes, mediation, and labor inspections; liaise with external legal advisors




• Act as strategic partner to business and operations teams; support decision-making on people and organizational matters
• Drive organizational development, talent management, and workforce planning; support organizational change and cultural transformation
• Analyze HR metrics and propose action plans to improve performance and engagement
• Lead and deliver HR projects in collaboration with business units to foster growth and development

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Law, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related field
• 10+ years of HR experience in industrial, manufacturing, or multinational environments (preferred)
• Proven experience negotiating with works councils and trade unions
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labor legislation
• Strategic mindset with hands-on operational approach
• Experience as HR Business Partner or generalist HR with business responsibilities
• High level of English for international collaboration
