At Astek, we are seeking a

Senior Business Analyst

to collaborate with our partner in the pharmaceutical industry in an international setting &##Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in pharmaceutical environments. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Lead workshops, define functional specifications, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Work with Veeva platforms (Vault, CRM, or related modules) and their processes. Ensure compliance with GxP requirements and internal quality standards. Support UAT phases and ensure proper validation of the deliverables. Drive continuous improvement and optimization of business processes.

&##More than 5 years of experience as a business analyst in the pharmaceutical or similar sector Solid experience with Veeva (Vault, CRM, or similar) Fluency in English and strong collaboration skills in international teams
