As Controller (FP&A;), you will play a central role in managing the company’s financial performance, driving planning processes, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Define and lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Build and maintain financial models to guide decision-making and scenario analysis. Drive internal performance control,



identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. We’re looking for a high-potential finance profile with strong analytical capabilities and a hands-on mindset. At least 2 years of experience in FP&A;, investment banking, consulting, or similar roles in startups/scaleups. Strong financial modelling skills in Excel. Strong business judgment and data-driven mindset. Fluent in English. Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain (hybrid role).
