Define and elevate digital design

As Lead Product Designer, you’ll guide the design of complex, multi-platform experiences that merge usability, aesthetics, and strategic intent. You’ll lead discovery, define design systems, and collaborate closely with strategy and development to bring clarity to every interaction.

You’ll turn insights into elegant solutions: from early concepts to polished interfaces, always keeping consistency and performance at the core.

You’ll mentor designers, champion design thinking, and help shape our approach to digital innovation. Collaboration is central: you’ll partner with strategists, developers, and brand designers to ensure every digital product expresses our clients’ identities coherently.

What you'll do

- Lead digital design projects from concept to delivery
- Develop scalable design systems and maintain visual coherence
- Facilitate workshops and design sprints




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business, user, and brand goals
- Present and articulate design decisions clearly to clients and internal teams

Your leadership will help define how design drives business growth at Erretres. You’ll set the standard for digital craft and guide multidisciplinary teams toward clarity, coherence, and innovation, shaping experiences that are as intelligent as they are beautiful.

What you bring:

- 5+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
