Define and execute a technology roadmap that supports our sustainable international expansion while elevating the guest experience to a new level of excellence. Act as the architect of our digital ecosystem, ensuring technology operates as an elegant and seamless enabler of wellness, personalization, and operational efficiency. Lead a growing internal team and a network of strategic partners to build a technology platform that reflects the quality, attention to detail, and human‑centric vision of our brands.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Business Applications & Digital Experience:

- Premium Digital Experience: Lead the design and evolution of our digital ecosystem, ensuring an exceptional UX/CX experience aligned with our luxury brand positioning. This includes eCommerce platforms, mobile applications, web portals, and guest CRM systems.
- Wellness & Hospitality Platforms: Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of critical systems supporting the guest journey, ensuring seamless integration between hospitality systems (PMS, CRS) and wellness platforms (treatment history, guest preferences, etc.).
- Integration Architecture: Drive a technology architecture that enables frictionless integration across all platforms, allowing for a 360° view of the guest and a smooth operational flow.
- Holistic Collaboration: Partner closely with leaders across Operations, Medical, Wellness, and Hospitality to co‑create technology solutions that enrich both the guest and employee experience, ensuring technology always serves people.
- Technology Vision & Governance: Oversee IT budget management, TCO/ROI analysis, and investment planning to maximize business value.
- Data Governance & Ethics: Establish a robust data governance framework ensuring the highest standards of data quality, integrity, and availability.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: As the organization’s security leader,



define and manage a comprehensive cybersecurity program that safeguards company assets and guest privacy, ensuring compliance with regulations such as GDPR and other general privacy standards.

Operations & Corporate Systems:

- Silent Operational Excellence: Oversee infrastructure management (cloud/hybrid environments), networks, and communications to guarantee flawless connectivity and seamless system performance throughout the guest journey.
- Harmonized Corporate Systems: Ensure the effective operation and evolution of back‑office systems (ERP, HCM), supporting organizational efficiency and minimizing internal friction.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Review and manage IT maintenance contracts, optimizing costs while ensuring agreed service levels are consistently delivered.
- Service Excellence: Lead the Global IT Service Desk, providing efficient, empathetic, and high‑quality support to employees across the organization.

Job Profile:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree in business administration (MBA), Technology Management, or a related discipline preferred.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or CISM.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior technology leadership roles (CIO, IT Director, CTO).
- Experience within luxury hospitality, wellness, or experience‑driven industries.
- Deep knowledge of hospitality technology stacks including PMS, CRS, booking engines, and CRM systems.
- Strong experience managing sensitive data governance and cybersecurity in highly regulated environments (GDPR or equivalent).

Languages:





- Native or bilingual Spanish (mandatory) / Business‑level English (C1 or higher).
- Guest Experience: Improvement in NPS/CSAT across digital channels and reduction in guest‑reported technology incidents.
- Ecosystem Harmonization: Reduction in redundant systems and improved platform integration performance.
- Operational Efficiency: Lower total cost of ownership (TCO) and improved availability of critical systems.
- Security & Trust: Zero sensitive data breaches and full compliance with security and privacy audits.
- Team Wellbeing: Healthy team retention and positive employee engagement within the IT department.

Technological Skills:

- PMS (Property Management Systems), CRS (Central Reservation Systems), booking engines, and guest CRM platforms.
- Web platforms, mobile applications, eCommerce systems, and customer experience technologies (UX/CX).
- PI architecture, middleware solutions, and platform interoperability.
- Cybersecurity & Data Protection.
- AI, automation, and digital innovation.

Other Competencies and Skills Required:

- Direct experience within the wellness industry.
- Experience supporting new property openings and technology transitions.
- Knowledge of clinical systems (EHR).
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or CISM.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and experience creating high‑end digital experiences.
