You are an important link between customers, transport companies, the workshop, and our internal operations. In addition, you play a crucial role in optimizing our processes and directly contribute to an efficient and professional customer experience on site. You enjoy working partly outdoors, like to roll up your sleeves, and feel at home in an environment where switching quickly between tasks is the norm.

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

- You ensure the correct intake, processing, and administrative handling of vehicles;

- You coordinate and support logistical processes at the depot, such as vehicle shunting;





- You prepare deliveries and ensure vehicles are ready for customers;

- You maintain communication and coordination with customers, transport companies, and internal teams;

- You keep an overview of operations and ensure the entire process runs smoothly and efficiently.
