We are supporting a global healthcare organisation in appointing an SAP MDG Lead to drive master data strategy and delivery as part of a wider S/4HANA transformation programme.
This role is critical in establishing scalable data governance, improving data quality, and enabling consistent master data processes across integral operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP MDG delivery (design, implementation, stabilisation)
- Drive governance across Material, Vendor, Customer, and Finance data domains
- Partner with business stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and GBS
- Define and implement standardised master data processes and workflows
- Ensure strong data quality, governance, and adoption across regions
- Act as the interface between business, AMS, and technical delivery teams
- Support ongoing transformation initiatives within an S/4HANA landscape
Candidate Profile
- 15+ years' experience in SAP, with deep focus on SAP MDG (S/4HANA)
- Proven track record leading global MDG implementations across multiple domains
- Strong experience in data governance, process standardisation, and transformation programmes
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across global functions
- Strong communication skills with both functional and technical teams
- Languages: English required | Spanish or French beneficial
